At Napapijri you always get free delivery and returns, you will only pay for the products you keep.


Standard Delivery to package dealers (Free): 3-5 working days.


If you want to return any of your products, you have to do it within 14 days of retrieving your package. You can easy register your return online with just a few steps!

How does the return work?

We think returns should be smooth. Therefore, we use online return where you as a customer simply fill in your return by signing in to and registering the goods you wish to return. You can always return a product within 14 days of picking up your package.

1) Create a return online
a) Log in to "My Page" at with the password you entered when you made your purchase.
b) Click on the ”Return” – icon to begin your return.
c) Click on ”Make a return”
d) Choose which order you want to make a return of. From the drop-down menu. If you are unsure of which order, you can click on the different orders and find out which products were included in the order.

e) Tick the product (s) you want to return, enter how many you want to return as well as why you make the return. You can also fill in a message to our customer service in the "message" box. Click on continue and your return is now registered!

f) Now a page comes up to confirm that your return case has begun. Check that everything is correct and contact our customer service otherwise.

2) Pack the goods properly and attach the return label to the package

The best way to return a product is to return it in the same bag / package that you received the item in. Attach the return label to the outside of the package and close your return package properly. The return label will be included in your package when you receive it. If you do not have it, please contact customer service to get a new one.

3) Submit your return package to the nearest postal agent

You do not have to pay anything - the return costs we have already paid! Just keep in mind that you always save your receipt, it's good to have if you need to contact us later on about your return.

Please note: If you live in the Baltics you have to call DHL and schedule the pick-up.

4) Confirmation and Refund

It may take up to two weeks for a return to arrive and be registered at our warehouse. As soon as your return has been registered, you will receive a confirmation by email. If you have already paid for the goods, you will get the money back on your card within 2 workdays as the return is registered. Read more about your refund here.
