We provide standard delivery with DHL.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order is sent, which you can use on DHL.
My order lacks a product, what do I do?
Please contact our customerservice.
Can my order be sent to someone else, to another address and or to another country?
You can send your order to another person or to someone else's address. However, you can not send the order to a country other than the country in which the order is placed.

Returns and refunds

I have received an incorrect or damaged product. What do I do?

How do I know you received my return?
As soon as we receive your return, we will notify you by email.
Do you offer exchange of products?
Unfortunately, at the moment, we are unable to offer easy exchanges of products. If you want to change size or change color, you will return the goods and place a new order. Your return will be refunded as soon as we have received the goods to our warehouse and within 14 days.
I have been refunded wrong amount, what do I do??

Orders

How do I place an order?
1. Search and choose a product and place it in the cart, 2. to complete your order, choose shipping method and how you would like to pay 3. You will recive a order confirmation when your order has been reviewed.
How do I know that you received my order?
After confirming your order, you will receive an autogenized mail from us confirming your order.
I have not recived an order confirmation, what do I do?
Start by checking your spam and spam filter. If you still do not receive an order confirmation by email, please contact our customer service.
Could I cancel or change my order after the order is made?
Once your payment has been accepted, you can not change your order. Please contact our customer service for assistance.

Does the Napapijri webshop offer the entire Napapijris collection?
Our webshop offers only a selection of Napapijris collection.
Do you sell the same products as a Napapijri store?
You can find the same items in our webshop as in a Napapijri store. However, if you have questions about a store having a specific product, please contact the store directly.
How do I wash my Napapijri clothes?
We ask you to follow the laundry thread inside the clothes.
