GENERAL

The following terms and conditions govern the use of this website as well as the purchase and delivery of the goods on it.

By using napapijri.dk and/or making an order, you agree to comply with the terms set forth in this document ("Buying Conditions"). Make sure you have read and understand the terms before making your order. The terms and conditions can be changed without notice and we therefore recommend that you read them at each new purchase. The version of the terms that apply to your order is the version available at napapijri.dk at the time you make your order.
Orders can only be made by persons over the age of 18 who are not under guardianship and who reside in Finland or the Baltics.

That products, services or offers are provided at napapijri.fi at a given time is not a guarantee that these are always available. We reserve the right to stop selling a product at any time.

PRICES AND FEES

All prices quoted on Napapijri.fi are in Euro (Eur) and include VAT. We do not charge any shipping costs for standard freight or return costs. The current prices of the products will always be those listed on our website, except in cases where it is obvious that the pricing is incorrect. If we find that a product has been presented with an incorrect price, we will inform you as soon as possible and allow you to confirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it if you wish. We will not ship a product to you, which is sold at an incorrectly lower price if the error in the pricing is so obvious that you should reasonably realize that pricing has happened by mistake. We reserve the right to change the price of a product at a higher and a lower price at any time. However, the price you pay will never be affected after you have completed a purchase and received your order confirmation, except for the case described above.


PURCHASE

Agreement on purchase will be met once you have placed your order and received the order confirmation from Napapijri.dk. A pre-requisite for purchase is that you entered the correct e-mail address and correct shipping address. We only accept purchases of persons over the age of 18 who are not under guardianship and who reside in one of our business countries. If a delivery can not be made because one or more items are not in stock, this will appear in your delivery confirmation, where the item is not delivered. If your order confirmation fails, please contact Napapijris Customer Service by email or chat. If for any reason we can not send your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will refund the current amount using the same payment method you used when making your order, as far as possible. If the refund for any reason has to be done differently, our customer service will contact you to ensure that the refund can be made.

For all card transactions, SSL (Secure Socket Layers) is applied, which means that the transactions are encrypted.

DELIVERY

Napapijri takes the utmost care when accepting and handling orders and strives to deliver your order according to the delivery option you have chosen, to a residental adress or venue in Denmark, Finland or the Baltic States. Our goal is that you will receive your delivery within 4-5 working days, on standard shipping. However , delivery time may vary due to increased order pressure and circumstances beyond Napapijri’s control such as delays in carrier etc.

If you do not get you order until the expected delivery date – contact Napapijris Customer service via email or chat.

Once you have made your order, we will send you an email with information on how to follow your package, provided that you have provided us with a correct email adress.

NON PICKED-UP PACKAGES

For all non-fetched packages, a fee of 15 EUR will be charged. The fee corresponds to the cost of shipping fee and handling of the package. If you regret your puschase after we have sent the package from us, you will need to pick up the package at your plave of delivery and return it to us. In case the package is not retrived, it will automatically be registered as unpayed and then charged. This fee will then remain on your invoice, or deducted from the amount you would receive after we handled the return.

RETURN RIGHT AND CLAIM

You can return your order from the day you complete your purchase and up to 14 days after the pick-up. In case you regret your purchase before you received your order, please contact our customer service via email or chat. If you have been charged for the goods, you will be refunded to the payment method that you first paid your order with. As soon as possible. If you have chosen to pay by invoce, the amount will be corrected on the invoice. Refund will be made as soon as possible after the product has reached our warehouse, but no later than 14 days.
If you choose to keep certain items and only partially return your order, you will only pay for the products that you keep. Refunds for the products that you retur nare paid out with the same payment method as you used at the time of the purchase, as soon as possible.

If you have received an incorrect product, please contact Napapijri’s customer service immediatly and inform that you will return the product in accordance with Section 7 (returns) below. For titems we consider to be inaccurate, Napapijri will make a full refund.

RETURNS

Napapijri guarantees a full refund of returned goods in accordance with Section 6 (Return right and Claim) , provided all good are returned in the same condition as they were in tje delivery to you. This means that the goods must not be damaged, washed, soiled, used (other than testing the product) or otherwise modified, labels and tags must be intact. All returns must be made within 14 days of picking up your order.

All our items contain a pre-printed return form that you can use if you wish to returb one or more items. Leave your return package at a delivery point.
In case of partial return, you pay for the goods you keep.

OTHER

You are required to provide a correct email address and to inform us if your email address is being changed. Please note that we reserve the right to send payment request to youe email address.

COLORS

We strive to showcase our product’s properties, including composition and colors, as accurately as possible. However, the color you see at Napapijri.dk may vary depending on the computer screen and we can not guarantee that your computer can visually reproduce the correct color.

WARRANTY

If the goods you have purchased in any way are defective, Napapijri applies consumer legislation. If you are not satisfied with you goods due to obvious material or fabrication errors, including damage that has occured during transport, contact our customer service as soon as possible by email or chat.
In case we do not find any garment defects, or if there is a malfunction or negligence, we may charge you a shipping feeto return the product to you, or discard the product at no charge. During the course of the matter we will keep in touch with you.
In case of approved claim, we will never charge any fees and the product will be repaid in full.

TRANSFER AND PLEDGE

Napapijri reserves the right to transfer or pledge payment payments to third parties, including installments incurred in connection with the delivery of the goods.

VALIDITY OF CLAUSES

If one or more provisions of this agreement are invalid or judged to be ineffective by any court or regylatory authority, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining contractual terms.

HOLDER OF RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights, on Napapijri.fi belong to Selected Brands Nordic AB and the trademarks principal owner, VFC or licensor. Any use of Napapijri.fi or it’s content, including copying or storage of such content in whole or in part. Thereof, other than for your own personal non-commercial use, is prohibited without permission from Napapijri.fi.

You can pay with a valid debet card, Visa or Mastercard. When paying by card, the purchase amount is reserved immediatley at the time of purchase, but debet will only be made when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. We reserve the right to check the validity of the debet card, that spece for debiting the order value is available on the card and that your address information is correct. We can refuse a purschase in connection with these checks.
